THIS MEETING IS CANCELLED BECAUSE OF CORONAVIRUS
The Annual Meeting of the OSM Provincial Grand Conclave takes place in the Wensum Valley Hotel, Golf and Country Club in Taverham, Norwich, on 27th July 2020.
It is always a very well supported event, by Norfolk members and Visitors from other Provinces, as well as Heads of other Orders in East Anglia.
This ia our venue for the Annual meeting of the OSM. We are all looking forward to an enjoyable day.
The weather can be blazing hot on this day as it has been in so many past years, but this year we shall have the benefit of being able to get an airflow through the meeting hall and there should be plenty of space to shut in comfort.
The team will be there is good time to set up and be ready for rehearsals at the scheduled time.
You can stay overnight and many of our guests are staying on the Sunday and the Monday night.
As you can see if you have brought your wife or partner, you can make it a really special occasion
If you are more energetic you can get involved in the golf in the early morning or have a swim in this great pool, or even have a workout in the well equip gym.

Past years –
A good deal of fun and general enjoyment was had by everyone although there were some very long journeys and some unpleasant traveling to get to us it was a great pleasure to see everyone arrive safely and it is hoped the all homeward journeys were completed safely and uneventfully.
