The Commander and Deputy Commander of the Norfolk Arch of Steel were in action on Saturday for the Installation of a new Provincial Grand Supreme Ruler for Durham.
Wy Brothers Richard George and Warren Favish are also members of the Grand Arch of Steel. They are pictured here with the Commander of the Grand Arch of Steel, V. Wy Bro. Roger Gray and the Norfolk PGSR, in the very impressive Lodge room, which was used for the Installation meeting.
The Grand Supreme Ruler, M Wy Bro Paul Clemment was the Installing Officer and the Grand team produced a most impressive ceremony to install and welcome R Wy Bro Ken Emblington into his new role in the Province of Durham.
It was a long drive but we all went up on the Friday and thanks to a very accommodating taxi driver, we found a splendid Indian Restaurant and enjoyed a relaxed evening over a first class meal together (the Deputy PGSR was there as you can see from the picture in the restaurant, but we couldn’t find him for the photo in the Lodge Room!).
Great to see three members of the Norfolk Province doing such an important job for the Order, and to have two of them as the senior members of our own Arch.
